BiW4Adults is an online holistic multimedia weight loss program which utilizes 21 interactive health coaching videos in combination with the program workbook. There are 6 primary program components. Each component includes several engaging activities which creates an exciting journey of self-discovery and personal grow for program participants as they work toward achieving a healthier weight.
