BiW4Teens Group Program
About the Group Program
BiW4Teens Program can be utilized by individual youth or in a group setting. During the group sessions, a trained health coach will guide youth through the program’s interactive health coaching videos and companion workbook. There are a total of 27 program videos. In the group setting, generally 2 videos are watched per group session. Health coaches facilitate group discussion and direct self-discovery activities. Most group programs include hands on nutrition activities and physical exercise for the youth.
Parents are included in the first group session - Program Introduction. During this session they learn how they can support their teen/tween as they work through the program. Parents receive a Parent's Support Pack to help them stay on track with their child.
