PREDIABETES
Live online classes will be offered starting June 2026. There will be a 4-sessions with educational handouts, self-discovery activities, a nutrition plan, and exercise recommendations.
GESTATIONAL DIABETES
Live online classes will help pregnant women with gestational diabetes understand what is going in inside their bodies and how high blood sugars can harm their fetus. They will learn what to eat, when to eat, how to monitor blood sugar, how to exercise safely. Watch for these classes to start July 2026.
SELF-MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES
These live online classes will be offered every month. There will be 8-sessions with educational handouts, self-discovery activities, a nutrition plan, and exercise recommendations.
BIBLICAL STUDIES CLASSES
KEYS TO THE WORDS INTERPRETATION CLASS
The Keys to the Word's Interpretation is an 8-week class online class which is taught 3 times a year (winter, spring, fall).There are seven steps that make up the Keys to the Words Interpretation. These seven steps will give you guidance as to how to handle passages that don’t seem to fit and/or they seem to contradict other Biblical content. The 2026 fall class will begin Monday, October 6th at 7:00 PM MT.
This online video class is FREE of charge to participants. Each class session is approximately 1 hour long. Participants use computers, laptops, or smart phones to hook up during class sessions.
