Nutrition Counseling 30 Minute Session for the purpose of providing additional health and nutrition counseling for clients who are enrolled in one of the diabetes programs or Back in Whack programs. This may include self-management training, learning about what is going on inside your body, nutrition education, develop personalized nutrition plan, healthy lifestyle habits, learn skills and tools to support habit change, medication usage, nutritional supplements, and where to find more help.
